What makes your controls different from the competition?
Our Smart Touch 840 system controls 8 functions of the pool and up to 40 functions of the home. That means that the Smart Touch can control every lighting load and has scene capability. For example a night party macro could do the following. Turn on the Spa and Heater, activate color changing lights in the pool, start waterfalls and landscape lighting, turn on entry way lights to 48% brightness, accent lighting on art work and lighting all through the house can be set to independent brightness levels while the Smart Touch turns on your audio system and outdoor speakers.
Since the Smart Touch is Web Enabled you can access this Night Party macro from you web enabled cell phone before you get home and have the entire scene ready for you when you get home.
HomePage is our on board web site that runs on the web server installed on the touch screen. This gives the homeowner control of his system from anywhere on his Local Area Network or the Internet. Now you can pull up your HomePage before you leave the office and have the spa ready when you get home. This is also very handy for vacation homes.
Here is a link that you can control a touch screen in San Clemente http://66.127.148.12/cgi-bin/cgictest.cgi
If you call and talk to Bob at extension 104 while you activate the Quick Key Macros you will hear a Smart Touch 840 touch screen beeping 3 times for a macro launch and once for an individual device.
The HomePage web site is included free of charge with the Smart Touch 840 and there is no monthly fee. HomePage runs entirely on the Touch Screen, there is no need to leave a computer running 24 / 7 to access the screen. Unlike the power consumption of a web server and computer the Smart Touch Touch Screen draws less than 1/2 of a watt of power.
