Before you start shopping, create a free account with us by clicking on the "Register" link at the top of the page. You will need to create an account before you purchase any products.

I've never purchased anything online before. How do I use the shopping cart?
The shopping cart is simple. When you want to purchase an item, click the "buy" button at the bottom of the product. That product will then be added to your shopping cart. After adding the product to your shopping cart, just follow the instructions that appear at the bottom of the shopping cart page.

What if I already purchased a product and want to see if it has been shipped?
First, log-in and then click the "Order Status" tab at the top of the page. You are then able to view your order status and/or history.

What is the fastest way to find a product?
Type in the product name, SKU number, or description in the quick search box and click "go."

How do I open a wholesale account?
You must first register with us to receive an account.To qualify for wholesale pricing you must fax a copy of your business license and contractors license to us at (949) 369-8380. We will then contact you and set up your account as a wholesale account.You must Log In using your user name and password to access your account.

What was the reason behind the development of automatic pool and spa control? Was it something the consumer was looking for?
Yes, on a typical residential pool spa without controls the home owner must walk out to the pool equipment, change the suction and return valves to spa, change the heater to the spa set point and turn on the pump. Then wait for the spa to heat, check to see if it is ready, use the spa and then repeat the process in reverse. Usually in the dark. With a control system this is all automatic and higher end systems add temperature readout and many more features. People with control systems end up using their investment because it is convenient.

As the energy crisis has become increasingly more apparent in the past year, how can these devices help the consumer to conserve energy?
There are several ways that these systems can increase the pools energy efficiency. Controlling a 2 speed pump can save up to 70% of the energy needed to filter the pool. In low speed the pump moves 1/2 the water with 1/8th the electricity that it uses in high speed. These pumps are so quiet in low speed that they are much more pleasant to be around. Our Smart Touch is capable of automatically adjusting the filtering time as the days get longer in the summertime and reduces the filtering time as the days get shorter. Our Smart Touch is capable of running a pump in low speed and automatically switching to high speed if their is a solar heating system and heat is available and called for. Otherwise it can run in low speed when higher head pressures are not needed.

Unlike other pool controls our Smart Touch system offers a complete pool and home automation system. That means that for what you would normally pay for a pool control you get a LCD touch screen that can control every electrical load in your home. Interior and exterior lighting systems are most popular. Entry way lights can be controlled and timed by the system without the need to run additional electrical wiring. Changing a switch to a one that is compatible with our UPB communication protocol is all that is needed. Everything communicates over the existing electrical wiring as if control cables had been run with >99.9% reliability.
